The greek goddess of hearth (fire) and home - Hestia - feels like a really fitting inspiration for Bex’s fourth retreat in Kefalonia. Not only has Kefalonia become one of her spiritual homes, but what Hestia represents, also mirrors all Bex has found within the yoga practice.

THE WHERE: The wonderful Vericoco Retreat, on the Ionian island of Kefalonia - home to the most incredible beaches, the mythic Mount. Ainos and sweet fishing villages such as Fiskardo, Ammos and Argostoli,
THE WHY: Yoga has always been about homecoming for Bex, and discovering the practice of tapas (or 'heat-building') has been one of the most potent ways she has been able to 'spring-clean' whatever clutter has restricted the full embodiment of her own body as home. The greek goddess of hearth (fire) and home - Hestia - feels like a really fitting inspiration for Bex’s fourth retreat in Kefalonia then, her hope being, this week together - delving into tapas, or fire-building within our own practice, alongside deep nourishment and grounding, will guide us all home that resides within our Selves.
WHATS INCLUDED:
A week's accommodation at the beautiful Vericoco Retreat with swimming pool, olive groves, views of the Ionian sea and direct beach access
Twice daily yoga classes, all mats & props provided (please note there will just be no class on arrival day or leaving day, and one afternoon will be left free for you to do with as your choose).
Daily all you can eat brunch, two-course dinner and delicious snacks in-between (please note, one night will be left free for you to visit the local tavernas)

Please do not hesitate come alone - whether in a private room or otherwise. I’ve done it myself many times and have always walked away with friends for life. Attending by yourself can be a truly magical experience.
BOOKING:
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to reserve your space. Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to the retreat. I want this to be as accessible as possible, so payment plans are available, just ask.
GETTING THERE:
The best way is to fly direct to Kefalonia airport which is a short drive from our destination. Flight time is approx. 4 hours from London. Many airlines fly direct from London and Manchester including British Airways, TUI, EasyJet and RyanAir. Costs vary from around £200.00 return depending when you book.
Alternatively, if you’d like to explore other islands before or after the retreat, there are direct ferry crossings between Kefalonia and the following ports: Zante, Corfu, Lefkada, Ithaca, Igoumenitsa, Astakos. The closest port to our retreat centre is Argostoli.
